In addition to LBJ tollway talk today, the council’s Transportation and Environment Committee will also discuss — if I read this right — building a 3,400-foot-long “people mover” connecting the Dallas Area Rapid Transit Denton Drive station to Love Field Airport. At a cost of — again, if I read this right — between $270 and $330 million, to be paid for using a federally allowed $4.50 passenger facility charge added to each ticket. –Robert Wilonsky
