A press release tells City of Ate that Krystal’s sliders are a “cultural icon,” an “experience that virtually every man, woman and child in the South has shared” and – most important – free on August 7.
To celebrate the burger chain’s four years in DFW, Krystal’s giving away squared-off sandwiches to every man, woman and child in the area. No purchase is necessary, but the deal calls for just one hamburger and one cheeseburger per person. If patrons are still hungry, they can visit all three area stores.
“This will be a nice treat,” the release quotes Krystal’s Larry Graham as saying. “For those who have never had Krystal, this is a great opportunity for them to give it a try and get hooked — on the house.”
The promotion runs from 11 a.m.-7 p.m.
