I’ve tried several times in recent weeks to reach Plano attorney Tom Keen, who reps the Hong Kong consortium that owns the Statler Hilton downtown, but so far, no luck. Not only do Friends of Unfair Park ask, oh, once or twice a week about the place, but Keen has hinted on and off in recent months that the empty behemoth overlooking Main Street Garden may yet have a bright future. We’ll see.
But till then, here’s a look at the place at present — the very present. As in, February 13.
