Tonight’s total lunar eclipse is quite the astronomical phenomenon, with totality lasting over an hour. Unfortunately, though, if you’re in North America, you won’t be able to see it. The eclipse will only be visible in parts of Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and Australia.
Thanks to the wonders of technology, however, you can watch live streaming video of the eclipse on the Internet as it happens right this very second. Unfortunately, though, there’s no soundtrack to go with it. Lame-o.
So, instead, we suggest putting on some music that better accompanies this event. Click on the jump for our top ten songs to accompany the lunar eclipse. There are a lot of moon-related tunes out there, but only a few made the cut.
