Soon as I stumbled across that News & Tech piece noting that The Dallas Morning News is set to begin charging for staff-generated online content, I asked the paper’s publisher and CEO, Jim Moroney, if that was true. At 9:02 this morning, he responded via e-mail. This is what he wrote, in full:
