An already freakish weekend just got a bit more bizarre.
Police spokesman Warren Mitchell passes along the following note from an incident that apparently happened this morning in Pleasant Grove.
Suspect came to a residence in the 800 block of Rose Garden and knocked on the door. The complainant answered the door and the suspect apparently requested to purchase marijuana. When the complainant stated he didn’t have dope and closed the door, the suspect forced open the door and shot the complainant in the buttocks. The suspect fled. Complainant was transported to Baylor Hospital condition unknown.
Makes you wonder what the world’s coming to when a guy with a gun can’t find weed on a Sunday morning.
