Per the Channel 11 account of the incident described in the video above: “According to the Duncanville Police department, Officer Luis Ceron tries to avoid hitting the vehicle, but his car hits the rear of the motorist’s car and the police squad car jumps the curb and ends up in a wooded area.” Says the department’s spokesman elsewhere, “It looked like a bumpy ride at the end of it.”
