The Texas Theater in Oak Cliff hosted the Second Annual Dallas Burlesque Festival on Friday and Saturday night, Feb. 5-6. The temperature outside may have dipped into the 40s, but the air in Texas Theater grew thick and sultry as burlesque dancers enslaved their audience. While the production was not without a few technical issues, the audience roared and lauded performers in an evening of lace, plumage and fantasy.
