Took the boy up to Plano on Saturday for the Star Wars con, where organizers figured more than 2,000 folks showed up to fete the franchise, sneak a peek at a Firefly and listen to a feisty Bruce Campbell patiently negotiate his way through a mind field of nonsense in search of “legitimate” questions to answer. While the kid was plundering the bargain bins for items with which to complete his Indiana Jones Halloween costume, friend of the show Eli Luna was assembling this marvelous slide show, where you’ll discover that, yes, the Dark Lord pictured above really does have “Chef Vader” stitched on his top.
