Bono is sad. And no, it’s not because he hasn’t found a new cause to get behind. He’s sad because people aren’t giving money to one of his favorite causes.
It’s seems the Irish rocker/cause-championer has noticed the donation plate for AIDS research has been feeling a little bit lighter lately. However, it seems the only thing he hasn’t noticed from his mansion and world tours with U2 is that a lot of the world is in a recession.
Maybe he should’ve gotten the producers of the Spider-Man musical to drop some coin for AIDS research instead of that heaping pile of poo.
