Food & Wine Festival Returns to the Dallas Arboretum with Top Dallas Chefs

An evening of food and wine from esteemed Dallas chefs, all inside beautiful botanical gardens.

The Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens hosts its eighth annual Food and Wine Festival with a dazzling lineup of chefs on March 27.

Chef Sharon Van Meter returns to chair the event for another year, alongside On Brand Hospitality’s Adrian Verdin.

From 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., guests in the botanical garden will indulge in a selection of over 125 wine varieties along with tastings from over three dozen gourmet small plates. Attendees can also revel in over 500,000 spring-blooming bulbs inside the arboretum.

VIP tickets have sold out, but general admission tickets are still available for purchase on the Dallas Arboretum website. General admission tickets are $139 for members and $159 for non-members. The ticket includes event entry, access to all food and wine samples from various wineries and top Dallas chefs and a small glass logo wine goblet.

Among the VIP ticket restaurants and chefs is the James Beard-nominated semifinalist for the best chef in Texas, Koji Yoshida from Plano’s EBESU Robata & Sushi. James Beard-nominated, Michelin star-awarded and two-time Bravo Top Chef contestant John Tesar will represent Knife Steakhouse.  RJ Yoakum from Georgie’s in Dallas was named a semifinalist for “Best Emerging Chef” at the 2025 James Beard Awards. Georgie’s was also recognized with a Michelin Guide recommendation.

Other restaurants and chefs on the VIP list include; Dude, Sweet Chocolate, Katherine Clapner; Fond, Jennie Kelley and Brandon Moore; Nick & Sam’s, Samir Dhurandhur; Quarter Acre, Toby Archibald; Salum, Abraham Salum; Sushi Rock, Mark Tungcmittrong. Foods from these restaurants will be available from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. exclusively for VIP ticket holders.
