Chef Tiffany Derry is planting her name all over Dallas. Her latest spot, The Landing, is a gastropub, sports bar and social lounge. It’s opening at EpicCentral in Grand Prairie on Thursday, April 9.
The concept comes from Dallas-based hospitality group T2D Concepts, from chef Tiffany Derry and Tom Foley. The Landing joins Radici, Roots Southern Kitchen and Roots Chicken Shak under the duo’s group.
The Landing is a chef-driven destination with comfort food, cocktails, live entertainment and big energy for game days. The space and design — with lots of big leather chairs — fosters connection. The goal is to bring the buzz of a sports bar, the warmth of a neighborhood hangout and the details of a social lounge.
The Menu
We don’t have eyes on an exact menu, but the website describes it as featuring signature plates and elevated small bites built for the table. Based on images, we’re seeing chicken wings, salads, a creative caprese salad that’s stacked like a tower and a tartar situation that is garnished with pomegranates. Everything is pretty and inviting, and if chef Tiffany Derry is behind something, you can bet it’s good.
