The Minnesota Twins have been making a lot of fans happy recently. Sadly for the Twins, however, their own fans aren’t the recipients of all that joy. They assisted in ending the Cleveland Indians’ 11-game losing streak earlier this month. Later, at their home stadium, visiting Detroit Tigers pitcher Max Scherzer managed 10 strikeouts in only seven innings against them. The Rangers are the next team to take the plate against the Twinkies for four games total, and with the Rangers on the up and up following a successful seven out of 10 games with Detroit, they will prove to be a formidable opponent for any team. The teams first take to the diamond 7:05 p.m. Thursday at the Rangers Ballpark in Arlington, 1000 Ballpark Way. Ticket prices vary. Visit texasrangers.mlb.com for more information.
