The ’90s had the Teletubbies with purple Tinky Winky, green Dipsy, yellow Laa-Laa and red Po. The colorful, controversy-ridden show lasted four years entertaining toddlers around the world. 2010 has The Wiggles with Aussies Sam, Murray, Jeff and Anthony. This group, focused on learning through song and dance, formed in 1991 and is still alive and kickin’. Because of its success, the group tours frequently. DFW preschoolers (and inevitably their parents) are in luck, too! The Wiggles will be bringing their Wiggly Circus to the Verizon Theatre in Grand Prairie. At 2:30 and 6:30 p.m. Friday, wear your brightest colors and bring your dancing shoes for performances by acrobats, gymnasts, trapeze artists and, of course, The Wiggles themselves.
