While watching Jackass 3D a couple weeks ago, it occurred to us that it really is a miracle all of those guys are still alive–especially Steve-O. Not only has he performed many of the most perilous Jackass stunts; he’s also battled some personal demons and Johnny Law on more than one occasion. Though he’s been clean and sober since 2008, he still somehow finds the inner stupidity to do things like strap himself into bungee-rigged porta-pottys and drink the sweat of his most portly co-stars, and for that we’re grateful. We’re also totally psyched to read his upcoming book, Professional Idiot: A Memoir, which will hopefully be the type of Jackass tell-all we’ve been waiting for all these years. To promote it he’s hit the road for his national Entirely Too Much Information tour, which will bring him to the Addison Improv, 4980 Belt Line Road, Suite 250, this Thursday through Sunday. Showtimes are 8 p.m. Thursday; 8 and 10:30 p.m. Friday; 6:30 and 9 p.m. Saturday and 7 :30 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are $23 to $25. Call 972-404-8501 or visit improv.com.
