What’s the first thing that comes to mind when you’re asked to join your friend this weekend at the bunnies & dinosaurs exhibition? Perhaps you’re wondering if you’d really like to see an entire exhibition dedicated to bunnies and dinosaurs. Totally understandable, but no worries, that’s not what this is. Artists Ashley Bryan, Val Curry and Sam England invite you to gaze upon their collection of works that explore life and death through both two and three dimensions. The exhibition will include time maps, various symbolic works and a piece that examines society’s interaction with aging women. Bunnies & dinosaurs will be on view through September 3 at Ro2 Art, 1101 N. Akard St. The gallery is open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday, noon to 6 p.m. on Sunday. Admission is free.
