It’s possible someone at the Addison Improv needs to update their comedian bios. According to their calendar of scheduled performances, “Actor/comedian Mark Curry…is now the host of the new funny game show Don’t Forget Your Toothbrush on Comedy Central.” That may have been true six years ago but not today. And despite their claims that “Mark Curry is hotter than ever,” I’m guessing he’s still just “Mr. Cooper” to you and me. The wonderfully tall comedian remains a mystery, which may be enough of a reason to attend his upcoming shows. Or perhaps he’s a puzzle best left unsolved. If you see him, tell him the year 2000 called and wants his résumé back. Mark Curry performs multiple shows Thursday through December 3 at the Addison Improv, 4980 Belt Line Road. Tickets range from $17 to $20. Call 972-404-8501 or visit improvclubs.com.
