What is it about fantasy football that inspires such manic fanaticism? Each year, when it’s time for our fantasy football draft we drop everything, gather in front of our computers, often in groups, naturally, and enter into the fantasy world of fantasy football. Right. Welcome to the future, where we gather together to stare at our own screen. If only we could carry some of that fevered dedication to the rest of our lives. But I digress. Now, adding another layer to the confusing zealotry behind the game, Rahr & Sons Brewing Co. is hosting a fantasy football draft party. Now you can pay, $25 per person which includes beer, of course, but also snacks and wi-fi, to gather in a group and stare at your computer. At least the beer’s good.
At 6:30 p.m. Tuesday head to Rahr’s Fort Worth brewery and sit in front of your computer. Because football.

Tue., Aug. 26, 6:30 p.m., 2014
