Addison is so cute and innocent, with its Flight Museum and its piano bar and its street signs that exclaim, “Addison!” So, of course, they’re inviting sweet Jim Norton (of Lucky Louie awesomeness—Is HBO seriously dropping that? Stupid, HBO.) to perform at the Improv Comedy Club in Addison this week. You think jaws will drop when they hear him ask a woman in the audience if she’s “turtling” as she gets up to use the restroom? Will their virgin ears ring when he says he’s “about as photogenic as a pail of stillborns”? I don’t know, but I have to find out. So, at 8:30 p.m. this Thursday, let’s go see Jim Norton at the Improv, 4980 Belt Line Road in Addison. Tickets are $20. Call 972-404-8501 or visit improvclubs.com.
