Lou Lambert, the chef and owner of the acclaimed Lambert’s in Fort Worth, will show you how to make the aforementioned dishes, along with a cheddar jalapeno hotlink po’ boy with blue cheese coleslaw, and a rustic apple tart with honey buttermilk ice cream.
