For your vows on physical improvement, run the 5K or 10K race for prizes. (More modest goals? Try the 1K fun run/walk.) The race boosts your pledge to be a better human in ’06 by raising money for Angel Flight South Central, an Addison-based volunteer group that provides free flights for medical and humanitarian needs.
