If you were looking for a reason to revive your crushes on TV gals of the past (Wednesday Addams or Joanie Cunningham, you decide), we’ve got something right up your alley. Presented by Iggy Rodriguez and Paging Bettie Productions, The Boobie Tube is a classic-TV themed burlesque and comedy show that will keep you adult-entertained all night long. Hosted by Appaloosa Red and featuring comedy maven Miss Violet O’Hara, The Boobie Tube will include performances by Bang Bang LuLu, Beth A Lishus, The Black Sparrow, Fuser L’Via, The Lauras, Lilly Lovely, Nikki Trash, Reya Del Sol and Tequila Mockingbird, and live music by Durty Beff & the Honyocks. Come early, come in costume and come support a good cause, because this special performance will benefit local animal do-gooders DFW Rescue Me. The Boobie Tube hits the stage (and assorted small screens) Friday at 9 p.m. at the Boiler Room, 2723 Elm St. Admission is $8. Call 214-758-0104.
