There’s a right way and wrong way to check out legs. Gina Gottlich, sommelier at Bijoux, will show you the right way in the fourth installment of her wine class. You’ll learn to swirl and sip at, uh, Swirl & Sip where Gottlich will be showing off the legs of four wines from the Bordeaux region of France. Bijoux’s chef and Gottlich’s husband, Scott, will be providing “perfectly-matched canapés” (that’s wine-ese for snacks). Forty bucks gets you in. Swirl & Sip runs from 7 to 8 p.m. Friday.
