Robert Rodriguez is shooting Machete Kills, the sequel to the 2010 film Machete (which was a feature based on the fake trailer used in Rodriguez’ Grindhouse). The film will feature two important things: Charlie Sheen as the President of the United States and Lady Gaga as La Chameleon.
The Austin-based filmmaker tweeted recently:

IMDB tells us that Mel Gibson’s also on the bill, as well as Edward James Olmos. Oh, and Amber Heard is to play “Miss San Antonio,” making this very B-movieish. Without seeing a trailer, or an image beyond the intense closeup of Danny Trejo’s face, the movie looks to be pretty fun.
