Newsflash: Trains are more than those big yellow and white things that dart you around town when you don’t feel like driving–there’s a history and a love of all things locomotive, and The Trains at NorthPark, benefiting Ronald McDonald House of Dallas, is here to fuel that love. Featuring more than 40 scale model trains on 2,500 feet of track, the trains wind past everything from Mount Rushmore to Times Square and the Dallas skyline in the most elaborate toy train attraction in Texas. The Trains will be on display from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and noon to 6 p.m. Sundays through January 4 at NorthPark Center on the second level by Neiman Marcus. Admission is $5 for adults, $3 for kids 2-12 and seniors, and free for those younger than 2. Call 214-361-6345 or visit northparkcenter.com.
