Brought to you by the same folks who generated Toddlers in Tiaras, the new AMC reality show White Collar Brawlers is coming to Dallas searching for would-be stars. The webisode-turned-series follows three pairs of co-workers who, fed-up with the drudgery of office life, trade in their staplers and paychecks for the opportunity to go all Fight Club. The six men (ages 18 to 55) will be given training and practice fights for three solid months, then they’ll face off to pummel each other.
White Collar Brawler’s producers are hoping to film in Dallas, but are also courting Los Angeles and Pittsburgh as their potential stomping grounds. Regardless of where the spit can is permanently placed, there will be a casting call in Dallas in early March, because if there’s ever a city where people are crazy enough to quit their jobs so they can beat the crap out of another human, it’s right here in the Big D.
Stay tuned for details on how you can throw in the towel for a shot in the ring.
