If you think improv comedy is a tough business, wait until you see improvisational burlesque. It’s one thing to have to play off of what other people say and do and then take it your own way, but configuring a strip tease on the fly — knowing when to shimmy and when to pop without any prior rehearsal — well, that’s a different (glittery) beast. But lovely ladies of the local burlesque scene La Davina and Ruby Joule are up for the challenge during Bonn Chance Burlesque, where all the steamy, sultry performances you’ve come to expect from them will be totally off-the-cuff. They’ll be joined by Charlotte Truse, Iris Lmour, Marilyn Monrouge, Minxie Mimieux and others as they take va-va-voom to its extemporaneous limits at The Kessler, 1230 W. Davis St., at 7 p.m. Saturday. Tickets are $25 to $160 at prekindle.com.
