One can find conflict at every turn–from high profile football games to children’s playground disagreements to international warfare. Take a breather from all the fighting and celebrate a Woman of Peace. Fort Worth artist Jo Dufo celebrates not only harmony, but also the female form. Through her vibrantly colored paintings, Dufo offers a look at spiritual serenity and joyful stillness that is universally inspiring despite the gender-specific study. Find peace as you take in her works, on display through March 26 at the Davis Foundry, open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Fridays and by appointment Saturdays. The gallery is located at 509 W. Davis St., Suite 100 in the Bishop Arts District. Call 214-948-6969.
Mondays-Fridays, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Starts: Feb. 7. Continues through March 26, 2011
