Most well-rounded humans spent lazy afternoons soundtracked by two things: Mr. Show and Whose Line Is It Anyway?. Originally a BBC Radio program, Whose Line challenged four comedic performers to games of improv and sketch, which would often devolve into absurdity. It made a leap to American television in the late ’90s, and after a seven-year hiatus, it returns to the CW in July, with new host Aisha Tyler and improv stars Wayne Brady, Ryan Stiles and Colin Mochrie. As a teaser for its return, Whose Live Anyway hits the Majestic Theater (1925 Elm St., Suite 500) with Stiles, Greg Proops, Chip Esten and Jeff Davis, and musical accompaniment from Bob Derkach. Show starts at 7:30 p.m. and tickets cost $35 to $55. Call 214-670-3687 or visit majestic-theater.com.
