It still feels like one day his fame simply arrived, and when it happened, we all knew. Since that day, the “This American Life” contributor, author, actor, director and — oh yeah, comedian — Mike Birbiglia has only gained more notoriety. His book Sleepwalk With Me & Other Painfully True Stories hit the best-seller lists for nonfiction. His one-man play, an honor usually reserved for life-long industry talents, grabbed nearly perfect reviews. Then his story about growing up, facing his fears and becoming a more successful and honest human as a result, Sleepwalk With Me was turned into a movie. And it was great. He’s got a new one-man show, My Girlfriend’s Boyfriend, and it’s at the Winspear Opera House (2403 Flora St.) for one night only on Saturday. Tickets for this 8 p.m. show start at $25. Buy them at attpac.org.
