Sometimes the best way to immerse yourself in another culture is to indulge in its libations. Here’s your chance: Join the Japanese-American Society of Dallas/Fort Worth for a sake soiree featuring sakes from five breweries. A sake specialist will demonstrate how to serve and drink sake, and there’s even a virtual tour of a brewery. The soiree starts 7 p.m. Monday at Bailey’s Prime Plus, 8160 Park Lane.
