Honestly, we thought “Spectacular Senior Follies” would be a good name for an America’s Funniest Home Videos-style tribute to the antics of the elderly. But Mark Carroll Productions beat us to the punch and used it for an old-timey song-and-dance revue featuring around 150 local senior talents, including notables like folk singer Lu Mitchell, The Dallas Tap Dazzlers and humorist/historian Rose-Mary Rumbley. Catch them when they present As Time Goes By, a tribute to the ’30s and ’40s, Friday through Sunday at the Eisemann Center, 2351 Performance Drive in Richardson. Showtimes are 8 p.m. Friday, 2 and 8 p.m. Saturday and and 7 p.m. Sunday; tickets are $25 to $60. Call 972-744-4650 or visit seniorfollies.com.
