The press release for the Simply Waiting, Simply Hoping, Simply Celebrating art show at CityGallery claims that “our world and our lives often challenge us with complexity and chaos.” Obviously they’ve never heard of throwing on season two of Ghost Hunters, lighting up a big one and pretending world hunger doesn’t exist. But if you’ve got to be all conscious and crap, head to CityGallery (3601 Routh St.) Tuesday, Thursday or Sunday to ponder a “less complicated way of being.” Hours are 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Visit citygallerydallas.org.
