Maria Bamford has an incredible gift for doing impressions of members of her family, as well as the many varied characters she runs across in her life. She’s a bit of a surrealist, and openly talks about her own depression and OCD. As part of the “Comedians of Comedy” tour, she kept the boyishness of her tourmates at bay, and added her own understated goofiness. Bamford is also part of the cultish Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job!, has appeared on The Sarah Silverman Program and has several CDs and tours under her belt. She comes to Fort Worth for three shows on Friday and Saturday at the Fort Worth Community Arts Center, 1309 Montgomery St. Tickets are $25 and include free beer, wine and soda; the show is 18 and up only. Call 917-697-6425 or visit no2drinkminimum.com for information.

Fri., Sept. 10, 8 p.m.; Sat., Sept. 11, 7 & 9 p.m., 2010
