I want to marry the Dallas Arboretum. As a whole, I would actually do it. They have wooed my heart by offering a whole week of chocolatey goodness and whimsy. And thus, I would consider a betrothal arrangement between myself and the lovely multi-acreage of fauna and flora. Addicted much? More like major weakness. The Arboretum will be Planting With Chocolate this week using actual chocolate mulch to plant seedlings of which I am highly envious. I’m not sure if this Willy Wonka-ish idea will grow vines of chocolate truffles, but one can hope. Or at least I will. But the real question is, can we eat the mulch? Planting With Chocolate activities run Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday during the final week of Chocolatey Fun at the Arboretum, 8525 Garland Road.
