Imagine indulging yourself in the richest of chocolate, the sweetest of candy and the warmest of caramel. Sure, today’s diets probably don’t include even the smallest pinch of sugar in their recipes, but that shouldn’t stop dieters from enjoying a delicious treat from time to time. Barbara Fairchild, Editor-in-Chief of Bon Appetit, invites everyone with a sweet tooth to a night full of dessert at Central Market. Fairchild will demonstrate how to whip up treats like chocolate cheesecake and pumpkin creme brulee. Bon Appetit Desserts: The Cookbook for All Things Sweet and Wonderful lasts from 5 to 7 p.m. at Central Market, 5750 East Lovers Lane. Admission is $65 and includes a copy of Fairfield’s cookbook.
