Reader support matters more than ever

The best part about being a kid is all the leisure reading you get to do. With no job, no bills to pay and no physics homework (yet), a kid could probably finish Infinite Jest in a couple of weeks–if video games didn’t exist, of course. If you have fond memories of reading as a kid, be a part of Half Price Books’ 12th Annual Half Pint Library Book Drive, going on now through March 31. Just bring new or gently used children’s books to any Dallas-area Half Price Books location, and the store will distribute the books to kids in need through local nonprofits.
