I’ve never been the type of person to follow cookbook rules. I usually end up ruining it by adding too much salt and decide it’s time to order a pizza. If you are one to go by the recipe, however, then who better to tell you how to prepare a healthy meal than Oprah’s go-to fitness guru, Bob Greene? Luckily, Greene will grace us with his presence at Barnes & Noble tonight, signing his new book The Best Life Diet Cookbook. Just to tease your taste buds, a few of the healthy yet delicious-sounding recipes featured in his new book are sweet potato with turkey hash and apple pie with oatmeal crust.
