You can argue WWE’s golden age has faded with the departure of wrestlers like The Rock and The Undertaker. You can argue WWE’s golden age has returned thanks to personas like John Cena or C.M. Punk. What you can’t argue is the excitement and electricity in the air when a wrestler powerbombs another through a table. See the physical and high-flying action on Saturday when WWE Live returns to the American Airlines Center (2500 Victory Ave.). Although John Cena isn’t scheduled to appear, there will be no shortage of body-slamming highlights with featured superstars such as C.M. Punk, Randy Orton, The Big Show and Daniel Bryan. Dust off your old wrestling T-shirts and join the crowd for the three-count pindown. Tickets cost $30 to $110. The spectacle starts at 7:30 p.m. For information and tickets, visit wwe.com/events.
