$10,000

Doesn’t matter if it’s a few degrees hotter than we’d like or if it’s sleeting and bitterly cold, it’s still the holiday season, and the Dallas Arboretum is not about to stop celebrating. Neither should you, no matter how many family members are invading your house and how many gifts are left to wrap. Take a moment to sit down, relax and enjoy a fresh cup of tea during the Arboretum’s daily Holiday Tea in the DeGoyler Tea Room through December 30. The settings are luxurious and traditional, and there’s nothing like good tea to warm up a conversation with the mother-in-law, because let’s be honest, that’s who you just thought about when you read this. Teas range from $32.95 to $41.25 (with champagne) per person. Advance reservations are required. Call 214-515-6512.
