Now that spring is in full swing, you’ll want to spend as much time as possible enjoying the outdoor arts and entertainment before that bastard known as summer shows up. So grab your lawn chairs, picnic baskets and party coolers (BYOB for those of age) and head to the newest entry into the Sunset Screenings series, Searching for Sugar Man. The film, which recently won the Oscar for Best Documentary Feature, is the awesome story of what happens when two music fans look into the rumored death of a musical legend, simply known as Rodríguez. Learn a little bit about the man and the myth at this weekend’s Sunset Screening before his upcoming May performance. Searching for Sugar Man starts at 8 p.m. Saturday on the Annette Strauss Square lawn, 2403 Flora St. Admission is free, and chairs will be available for the first 200 reservations.
