If you eventually encounter some sort of magical being/water source that could potentially allow you to live forever, then you have a big decision to make. You should probably prepare for that day by making a list of pros and cons ahead of time. For example, one pro is that you never have to die. (Score!) As for cons, one that immediately comes to mind is you outliving everyone you ever knew and being lonely for the rest of eternity. (Bummer.) As part of your research, go see the Dallas Children’s Theater perform Tuck Everlasting at the DCT Rosewood Center for Family Arts, 5938 Skillman St., on stage Friday through April 10. The play was adapted from Natalie Babbitt’s classic novel about friendship, family and the concept of eternal life. Tickets are $12 to $23. For show times, tickets and more information, call the DCT Box Office at 214-740-0051, or visit dct.org.
