$10,000

When you stop to think about holiday traditions, they just don’t really hold any water. What’s going on with waiting patiently for an obese man in red to wiggle down the chimney or looking for eggs hidden by–not a chicken, of course–but a rabbit. Well, it’s all in good fun, and this year, Adventure Landings is pulling out all the stops during its Easter Egg Hunts. Kids are invited to scour for more than 2,000 eggs studded across Adventure Landings’ miniature golf courses. Each egg is full of candy or prizes, but if your kiddo doesn’t end up with a good haul, they’ll still receive a goodie bag with fun Easter treats. Registration begins at 8 a.m. with a $3 donation per child to benefit City House of Dallas. For more information, visit adventurelanding.com/dallas/events.html.
