So, I was hanging out the other day, working on my list of things that make babies go blind, and I just felt like something was missing. I had all the obvious ones, such as sharp objects and hazardous chemicals and, of course, blindfolds. But it just didn’t feel complete. Until, that is, I heard about a Neo-Futurist sketch comedy show called Too Much Light Makes the Baby Go Blind. A-ha! How could I have forgotten too much light? Silly me. This all sounds ridiculous, doesn’t it? I’m just trying to give you a taste of the wacky 30-plays-in-60-minutes format of Too Much Light. The show runs Wednesday through Sunday at Mountain View College, 4849 W. Illinois Ave. All shows are at 7:30 p.m. in the MVC Arena Theatre, with a 2:30 p.m. matinee Sunday. Tickets are $3 to $5. Call 214-860-8671.
June 27-30, 7:30 p.m.; Sun., July 1, 2:30 p.m.
