My afternoon drive home lasts all of about 15 minutes every day, but that 10 minutes is usually spent flipping between All Things Considered and the Russ Martin Show. One side of the dial keeps me informed while the other side keeps me entertained. I can’t help it—the man and his band of merrymakers are pretty damn amusing, and I totally have a radio crush on Gavin Spittle (don’t ask me, it makes no sense). All the talk lately has been about this weekend’s 2008 Russ Martin Show White Trash Party, featuring The Russ Martin Band (which may or may not be featuring a tuba, fyi) playing all your favorite tunes.
