We’re coming out of the winter months, a time of year when it’s ridiculously easy to get off your diet and lie around the house because it’s too cold or slippery to go out for a run. The Trinity Commons Foundation and the city of Dallas’ Trinity Corridor Project can help you get back into your routine with All Out Trinity, a health and fitness festival that will run from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday on, around and below the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge. The daylong gathering includes healthy activities such as the 10th annual Trinity River Levee Run, cycling competitions and yoga classes on the bridge, soccer demonstrations by members of FC Dallas and much more. You’ll be able to reward yourself for pushing that extra mile with a Trinity Groves Pub Crawl and a Beer and Bike Swarm to the Four Corners Brewing Co. Admission is free. Visit allouttrinity.com.
