As Pegasus News and Glasstire have reported, Rising Gallery partner Frankie Garcia, III has been missing since around 10:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 31.
Garcia is a well-loved community member and arts activist whose vivid work accentuates the city, particularly within the newly constructed Omni Downtown. Friends and colleagues have taken to social media in droves asking anyone with information about Garcia’s whereabouts to please contact Dallas Police at 214-671-4316 or Rising Gallery at info@risinggallery.com.
