$10,000

The Walking Dead is back, and this season promises to feature chain-link fences, neutral tones and ample zombie struggles. Maybe even a death or two. To find out who gets dead first, meet up at the Angelika Film Center in Mockingbird Station at 8 p.m. Sunday and be among your people — your messy-haired, undead-loving people. There will also be a blood drive (which is really more of a vampire thing, but hey, close enough) and if you donate blood, admission to the show is free. (You’re on your own with the SnoCaps.) If you don’t want to be woozy for the big premiere, stop by the theater and donate blood early — anytime from 3 to 7 p.m. Just look for the massive Carter BloodCare bus.
