If you’re not a Z-list celebrity, you’re probably never going to make it onto Dancing With the Stars and if you’re tone deaf, American Idol is probably out too. Well, at least the “you’re going to Hollywood” part. But if you have at least $36 to spare, you can head down to Music Hall at Fair Park and see the whole she-bang for yourself in what can only be described as a reality show mixed bag – Ballroom with a Twist. Cheryl Burke, Maksim Chmerkovskiy – along with his gratuitously unbuttoned shirt – from Dancing with the Stars will be there along with Jenna Johnson and Randi Lynn Strong from So You Think You Can Dance? plus musical interludes form American Idol’s Von Smith and Haley Scarnato. It’s a veritable who’s that? of show business!! We kid, we kid, if there’s anything these fools know how to do, it’s put on a show. Check the Nielsen ratings if you don’t believe us. Tickets are available now for both performances at 2 and 7:30 p.m. Saturday. Tickets are available through ticketmaster.com.
