The Central Market Cooking School is like a fantastic and diverse playlist on repeat. One day, they’re cooking delicious pho and banana-coconut pudding, the next day they’re making five different lobster dishes, and so on and so forth until a new month begins and they start all over again with new classes. This Wednesday, Central Market (5750 E. Lovers Lane) is hosting Shrimp-sa-tional, a class that features five preparations of shrimp using five different cooking techniques. Shrimp gazpacho? Mango salad with grilled shrimp? Giant shrimp crusted with masa and herbs? Yes, please.
